The neighborhood surrounding River Park offers all the amenities of a small town. Even though River Park is located in the heart of the nation's capital, its immediate neighborhood is in many ways a close-knit community with almost everything residents need just around the corner.  Churches, schools, shopping, groceries, transportation ... even parks, boats, and a good fishing pier ... are just a short walk from our front doors.
